The Founders

Nicholas Sparks
"When asked what we hoped to achieve when founding The Epiphany School of Global Studies, my wife and I have always had the same answer: We wanted the school to be an amazing educational institution where teaching and learning aren’t limited to the classroom but instead encourages students to visit and experience other places and cultures; a school where students can learn in a joyful yet rigorous academic atmosphere that prepares them for success in college and beyond in the 21st century; a place where honesty, respect, integrity, service, and responsibility are qualities held in the highest regard; a learning environment rooted in the commandment to
Love God and Your Neighbor as Yourself; a community of students where those of all faiths feel welcome; a school with the lowest tuition possible."

Nicholas Sparks

Nicholas Sparks, a 1988 high honors graduate from the University of Notre Dame, is the #1 New York Times best-selling author of 17 novels and a memoir. He is the first to admit that education is the primary guiding influence in his life.

Catherine Sparks
"When my husband and I founded The Epiphany School of Global Studies, we based our dream on four major pillars: We wanted a rigorous college-preparatory school; a school with a
special emphasis on understanding the world and developing necessary 21st-century skills; a school that embraced Christian tradition while simultaneously welcoming students of all faiths; and a tuition kept at moderate levels. All decisions regarding the school—regardless of whether the decisions are made by trustees, administrators, staff, or faculty—are built on these four pillars."

Catherine Sparks

Catherine Sparks, a 1998 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, is the mother of five children, three of whom were homeschooled. One child is a graduate of The Epiphany School of Global Studies, and three others currently attend the school.
